LANDING CRAFT, HEADQUARTERS

Description: A British conversion of LCI (L) to act as a communications headquarters ship for groups of landing craft. These craft retain their original LCI (L) numbers. Addition of a tripod foremast is the principal appearance change. Except for the following, statistics remain the same as in LCI (L).

Special equipment: 6 Army N° 22 sets. - E/S type 763. - 6 CDG, B28 receivers. - V/S 8 types visual signals (lanterns and torches). - 1 CDF, B29 receiver. - Radar, Type 970. - Outfit QH. - TCS Transmitter.
